Scope of Work
PT Bumitama has been entrusted with a pivotal role in the greenfield construction project of the Integrated Integrated School (Sekolah Rakyat Terpadu) in Samarinda, East Kalimantan. This national-scale project is a priority program of the President of the Republic of Indonesia, designed as a free boarding school to support the equitable distribution of quality education in the region
In this project, PT Bumitama is executing comprehensive civil works, ranging from the structural construction of multi-story buildings, dormitories, and supporting facilities, to the installation of plumbing and water networks. The company coordinates large-scale material procurement and mobilizes hundreds of skilled workers to ensure the accelerated progress of physical construction on-site
Through the deployment of quality control experts and the strict implementation of occupational health and safety (K3) protocols, all construction phases were successfully completed on schedule, meeting the ministry's technical standards. This portfolio stands as a testament to the company's capability in building robust and sustainable modern educational infrastructure from the ground up
