Scope of Work
PT Bumitama Persada Setia has been entrusted as a contracting partner for the Nutrition Supply and Processing Center (SPPG) or Free Nutritious Meals (MBG) Kitchen Construction Project, initiated by PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk in the Bengkulu Region. This strategic infrastructure is designed to fully support the national program aimed at enhancing human resource quality through large-scale healthy meal provisions. The construction prioritizes modern, sustainable construction methods, alongside highly stringent hygiene standards to ensure the safety of the food produced daily
The initial focus of the work is directed at preparing the land for the installation of construction modules and erecting the main framework of the nutrition kitchen building. Our team performs area clearing, building site level measurements, and ground excavation for the foundation system. Furthermore, an integrated lightweight steel frame structure is installed as the primary support for the prefabrication/modular system to achieve fast, precise, and robust construction time efficiency
The final finishing focuses on a high-sanitation-standard interior and the installation of operational kitchen supporting facilities. The main kitchen space is lined with antibacterial wall materials, slip-resistant epoxy flooring application, and the installation of a specialized pressurized HVAC system to maintain room sterilization.
